“I signed up to train with Jonny in February as I found my own training sessions were getting boring and
less effective. I have weekly personal training sessions with Jonny and have found them to be an excellent way
to get more from each gym visit and also motivate myself to stick at it.  Gym sessions with Jonny push me to the
limit (where as previously I was giving up before reaching my limit). 

 Jonny mixes up each session and includes exercises and sets that I would not have considered before
(this also helps improve my variety of exercises for gym sessions where i go without Jonny).  One of the

Personalised Training (PT)

Firstly, a free consultation is offered to assess your nutrition and exercise requirements. From this a tailored fitness plan is created for you to follow that can be reviewed each week or on a regular basis.

Alternatively, "by the hour" personal training is offered on an as and when required basis, just book by phone or email.

Private or small group "PT" sessions can be completed either at your local gym, or, in your own home.

Fitness Classes

Classes are a great way of staying fit, especially if your busy. Jonny regularly runs classes including Spinning, Circuit training, Kettlecise, ViPR, Calisthenics, Bootcamps, Boxercise and "Legs, Bums and Tums".

Personalised Nutrition

Jonny can offer advice or help create a personalised nutrition plan. Whether your trying to lose weight for the Summer holiday, improve your eating habits or bulk up, he can help find a suitable diet.
